Not only do these residences offer a luxurious lifestyle, but they also help to protect their privacy as well.

Modern villas come with state-of-the-art amenities and facilities, including a swimming pool, lawn, BBQ deck, terrace, etc. Some of them also come with private theatres. The best part here is that residents enjoy these amenities exclusively.

Apartment buildings also boast these amenities, but they are not exclusively available. Residents have to share them with others. Also, there are certain restrictions to be followed with their use. However, there’s no such issue if you live in a villa.

So, be prepared to allocate a major chunk of your earnings every month if you’re renting a villa. Having said that, the area, size and configuration play a vital role in determining the rent of a villa. If it’s located in a far-off area, the rent may not be high. However, a smaller villa nestled in a prime location in the emirate will have a higher rent

Despite the high rent, Sharjah is favoured for rental villa seekers as it has a significant lower living cost in comparison to Dubai. Many people who work in Dubai prefer renting a villa here as it allows them to find cheaper residences. They are willing to face commutation hassles every day for the sake of saving money. This is why the demand for villas for sale in Sharjah is also high.

Difficult to Maintain

Villas can be quite difficult to maintain because of their large area. Once you have settled in such a residence, it will be hard for you to clean every room of the residence, every day if you’re doing this on your own. Because hiring domestic help in the emirate can be quite expensive. And if you’re not cleaning your villa on a daily basis, it won’t be in the mint condition you were hoping to keep it in.

Other than that, the maintenance cost of villas is high as well. However, in most cases, the landlord is responsible for the overhauling and maintenance of villas, unless specified otherwise in the tenancy contract.
