Get A Gym Partner 

Working out with a friend or family member can make the entire process more enjoyable. Not only will you have someone to keep you accountable, but you’ll also have someone to chat with while you’re working up a sweat. Trying to lose 50 pounds in two weeks is an unrealistic—and unhealthy—goal. When setting fitness goals, it’s important to be realistic and patient.
