PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is made of high performance glass fiber fabric impregnated with Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE), also named Teflon coated fiberglass fabric. The fabric can be with plain, twill, stain weaving.As it’s high performance of high temperature resistance, chemical resistance, non-stick, dimensional stability, PTFE coated fiberglass is used in varieties of applications.

PTFE coated Kevlar/Aramid fabric

PTFE coated Kevlar fabric is made of Aramid fiber weaved fabric and coated with high quality PTFE, which is designed for tough environment like heavy conveyor belts, drying belts, wood pressing and laminating, release sheet in carbon fiber gasket and so on. These application has high request of the life time and tensile strength, and PTFE coated Kevlar fabrics will be the reliable material reducing the off line time for production lines and ensuring the quality of final product. This high performance fabric has excellent mechanical property, much higher tensile strength and longer life time than PTFE coated fiberglass fabric, especially in the working environment which exposed to water, steam and so on, which will reduce the life of PTFE coated glass fabric.
