The term “effective leader” is used for the person passionate about leading, motivating, and influencing the team with courage. Their emotional intelligence maintains the boundary. But it doesn’t mean to become extremely rude as it affects the engagement adversely.   1. Perform Micromanagement

Micromanagement can be highly toxic for growth. The consequence of micromanagement includes low engagement, low productivity, reduced innovation and creativity, increased stress, and decrease in morale. Leaders should not dominate by imposing unnecessary restrictions in the name of discipline. Micromanagement should be avoided to sustain the integrity of the team.
