This comes as bad news for the people who are habitual in sitting at a place for far too long while working or doing any other activities.

Israel Figa is one of the researchers who have conducted extensive research for increase in heart diseases when it comes to sitting for too long. He conducted his research on 800,000 people that comprised of individuals who were habitual in sitting for too long while working, then people who spent lesser time sitting during their work. 

Israel Figa’s research revealed very shocking facts as it showed that people sitting for too long had 147% more chances of catching a heart disease than the ones who spent lesser time. His research has also revealed that 90% of the people having such habits had heart diseases as their causes of death.
