How Can I Stop My Hair Fall Daily?

Hair fall is one of the most common problems not just among one category of age but across all ages. In the earlier, more natural days, men and women lead a technology free and pollution free lifestyle which lead them to have a stress free lifestyle. 

As the world modernized, so did all problems such as poor quality of water, poor quality of air, dust and pollution everywhere, a lifestyle full of stress, long working hours and poor diet, all of these factors fuelled each other mutually.

The lack of good roots or hair follicles can also be genetic but in most cases, the problems begin when you have a poor lifestyle. Taking care of the scalp is of the highest importance to yield a good number of active hair follicles which in turn generate thick and voluminous hair.

  1. Washing and Caring

Regularly wash your hair. Dermatologists recommend washing hair at least every other day to ensure all dirt and grease are washed off effectively. Avoid excessive hair products and heat treatments such as straightening and curling the hair every day, using hair sprays and hair mousse, etc as they can clog pores and thin out the hair in general.
