HECS Launches IoT Enabled‘SMART’ Packaged Sewage Treatment Plants

HECS recently announced launch of its IoT and AI Integrated ‘SMART’ Packaged Sewage Treatment Plants. These FRP based packaged units are the first in its segment to have advanced features which help the user in real time monitor and operate their STPs from the convenience of their mobile or computer.

Operation and Maintenance of small STPs are always a challenge which often results in poor performance of the unit, through effective use of technology such as IoT HECS has built a platform through which optimum performance of these Sewage Treatment Plants can be maintained with minimal manual intervention. These SMART STPs provide vital realtime data which a user can access from their computing device, receive critical alerts on any failures, turn on and off their STPs, receive daily performance reports and even access all AMC / Lab Test reports.  HECS has always been in the forefront of innovation and the launch of these SMART STPs are set to revolutionize the entire segment. Through comprehensive R&D along with strategic tie-ups HECS has been able to make this economical and highly effective.

These SMART STPs are manufactured in HECS State-of-art manufacturing unit in Chennai in a Fibre-Reinforced Plastic (FRP) body. It is available from capacities 2KLD – 100KLD and can be installed both above ground and below ground and are exceptionally low in operational cost.
