What is CNC Machine and how it works:

Cutout machines (lasers or waterjets) usually have just two linear axes, which is X and Y. Milling machines generally have at least three or more axes, which are entirely rotary. Those three axes are X, Y, and Z.
Some restriction of CNC machines:
Based on their sophistication, CNC machine’s capabilities, control, and drive systems are limited. Most of the CNC controllers understand only straight-line movements. CNC controllers are also understood as circular arcs. In many machines, the angles are restricted to the XYZ planes, and rotary axis movements can be considered linear movements and degrees. To create linear activities, are at an angle to the principal axes, two or more axes must interpolate together and move precisely in a synchronized manner. Linear and rotary axes can also interpolate simultaneously. All those five must correctly operate in the five-axis machines simultaneously; that is not an easy task.
