  • Another review study investigated the role of CBD in treating various anxiety disorders. The study found evidence to support the CBD therapy for treating generalized anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and social anxiety disorder (4).
  • According to a preliminary report, compared to placebo, participants who consumed CBD experienced overall reduced symptoms of social anxiety (5).
